Notre maison
The house has 5 suites with air conditioning, 500 m2 garden with a swimming pool in front of the ocean.
The house is an oasis of cool and full comfort and design, and natural light. It is a two floor house: in the second floor there are 4 suites, all of them exterior, with a hall and a veranda. In the main floor, the house has one suite, the dining room and two living rooms with two different environments (TV, DVD) and exit to the main veranda and the swimming pool. The kitchen is spacious and full equipped for 12 people. There is an additional table for four people. Moreover, the service area has an additional kitchen with fridge and a freezer, washing machine and rooms for the service staff and a warehouse.
Terrace, swimming pool and garden: The swimming pool is just in front of the ocean and is equipped with the outdoor furniture to enjoy day and night ones marvelous holidays. (2 tables with umbrellas for 8 people, 1 additional table with 4 chairs, and 6 sun loungers.
The house accommodates a maximum of 10 people.
24h security service. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

We are a Spanish family of 10, with son and daughter and 4 beautiful grand daughters, we are working and living in Spain. Once a year, we try to travel together. We'd love to share our holidays house in Brazil with other people who also enjoy quiet family life. Our favorite hobbies include traveling, sports, literature, and arts in general. We have not done a home exchange before but we believe we could arrange all details in advance via email. We are open to different destinations, at this moment we are looking for a house situated as close as possible to the ski stations for one or two weeks during the winter in Switzerland, Italy, France or Austria.

Situated in the North coast of Salvador, 35 km from the airport, only 10 km away from Praia do Forte and 25 km from Costa do Sauípe.
Uninterrupted 9 km of coast with wonderful beaches, lagoons and palm grove. Fantastic natural ponds in the reef perfect for children. The beach breaks of Itacimirim, Praia do Forte, Guarajuba and Genipabu, are famous among passionates of surf, windsurf and kitesurf.
Next to the beach house it is easy to find local bars and restaurants, home-delivery Supermarkets, Fish market, medical service, Pharmacies, Taxi and motorbike taxi, Telephones, Bank of Brazil Cashiers´. All the area has full cellular coverage.
