Notre maison
9th floor, two bedroom 80 m2 apartment located on a main street, near the beach and beside a metro station. The location is very lively and safe!! Clean and safe buildding with 24 hour doorman.
It is the residence of an artist and was renovated to be transformed into na open space with integrated kitchen.
The apartment was my home and studio, I am an architect and visual artist. I take care of everything personally and I have made the renovation project myself, pulling down walls and integrating the kitchen with the living room. Everything was planned to make this apartment unique, cosy and special.
The location is excellent, 7 minutes from the beach, just in front of metro Station Siqueira Campos, near banks, supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of shops and with very good transportation, well connected to other neighbourhoods. There are beautiful antique shops, art galleries and a Theater just in front.
