The house is situated in quiet neighbourhood, with direct access to sea. Not far,at about 500m, there is a beach well frequented by tourists. Following the coast, there are many other superb beaches. There are plenty of boats and good restaurants, night life, golf, fitness club. There is a private tennis court in backward of my home. There is also a golf club at about 15 minutes by car.
The exchanges do not need to be simultaneous. In the apartment in Rio de Janeiro there is a lady who takes care of its maintenance. And in the houses in Buzios there is a couple who takes care of all aspects related to the maintenance.
