We offer a small but comfortable house in Búzios with a big garden, swimming pool and all facilities very near of the Ferradura beach (~200 meters) and around 800 meters to downtown of the city.
It is a condominium with 22 houses built up by friends and located in total area of the 6000 square meters.
On the ground has a kitchen, tv/dinner room and WC.
Upstairs two rooms and two bathrooms one of them is a suite
At the back of the condominium has a barbecue place, oven for pizzas, sauna e parking.

“We had a wonderful exchange with Pedro and Cristina. We stayed in their condo last winter (2013): They came to pick us up at Rio's airport and drove us to their place in Búzios which is more than 100 km. Wow! Their condo and all the property are very clean and welcoming. It is a perfect place for a good rest during our winter in the north hemisphere. Búzios deserves its name: "St- Tropez of Brazil"; always sunny and relaxing pace, beautiful beaches and very good foods in many restaurants. Pedro and Cristina are warm welcoming people. They came to our place in Montreal last summer and we are now real friends. We recommend very very much an exchange with them. Michel and Marcella.”
I' m retired but my wife still working in a petroleum company, I hope until the of this year.
We have a boy and a girl and two grand sons but the third is coming in February/13
We love travel and that is the reason we are exchanging our lovely place.
Normally we go to Buzios every 15/20 days to spend the weekend with friends that has a house in our condominium.
Downtown of Buzios has many restaurants, shops, pedestrians streets to walk around.
You can do small trips on boats during the day.
At the Ferradura beach you can find surfing, banana boat, laser to rent.
Buzios is around 180 km from Rio de Janeiro, two and half hours by car.
There is another city, Cabo Frio, to visit. It is about 20 km from Buzios.
It is really a paradise.
