Notre maison

We have a beautifull and spacy house which was built in 2004. The house is furnished in cottage-style. We have 4 large bedrooms, 1 games-room and another spare room. There's one large bathroom (shower, no tub).
We have two terraces around the house and a large garden with water.
The use of our car (2005 BMW) is optional.

We are Willem (48, government employee) and Rachel (34, welfare worker). Willem's 3 daughters join us during weekends and holidays. The five of us want to change homes for 7 to 10 days in the summer of 2007. We're looking for a nice house in a warm country with swimming facilities nearby and the possibility of doing some culture as well. We would also love to have some restaurants and cafes nearby.

We live in a very friendy neighbourhood, in a small Belgian village near the lovely old Dutch city of Maasticht (20 minutes). The old city of Liege is 30 minutes away.
Brussels by train is a bit more than an hour away, so is Antwerp and other Belgian cities.
Amsterdam (Netherlands) is 2,5 hours by train and you're less than two hours away from Luxemburg or Germany (Aachen).
So we're located in a very central region between Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany and France.
