Notre maison
My cosy flat is located in the district of Schüttdorf (Zell am See) and offers space for up to 4 people. There It has a large balcony, a laundry room and a parking space. The Areitbahn gondola, supermarkets & restaurants are within walking distance. (10-12 mins) The bus stop to Zell/Kaprun is directly in front of the accommodation. There is a train station & bike path directly behind the flat (5-10 min walk). The lake is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive away.
Spacious bright loft on 4th floor (use of lift) with one bedroom, living-kitchen room with sofa bed (double mattress) and a bathroom with shower and WC. Fully equipped kitchen. (toaster, Nespresso coffee machine - need taps, kettle)
Free wifi & free parking.
On the ground floor:
- Laundry room with washing machine & dryer coin slot (2-3€)
- Ski room & ski boot dryer
Regarding beds: one double bed (king size) in the bedroom and one double sofa bed with a mattress (queen size)
I have the option to put a single pull-up bed in, if one didn't want to share the sofa bed. A crib for a baby or toddler.
Space wise 4 people are good.

My apartment is in a great location in Zell am See suburbs. Schüttdorf. 10mins walk to the ski lift station or 2 mins drive. A bus stop to Zell am See town and Kaprun is outside my apartment. Train station is also 5 mins walk. The lake is reachable within 20 mins walk or a 5 min drive. Supermarkets & shops are nearby, all walkable. Cycling track also just outside the apartment.
