Notre maison

We have a 120 m² lovely, kid-friendly home with a 100 m² own garden (barbecue, sandbox, baby pool).

Our neighbors are super welcoming and we share an extra huge common garden with chickens.

The apartment is located 15-20 mins from downtown. The tram nr. 49 stops in front of our door, U4, and S-bahns are just a couple of minutes away from us. ( Station: "Wien Hütteldorf" ) The biggest forest in the region with amazing hiking trails and forest playgrounds is just 7 minutes walking distance.
You can find some nice cafes and traditional restaurants around, and from our garden, you can reach a nice lido. (Hütteldorfer Bad).

We have two toilets, one workroom, one children's room, one bedroom and a huge living room with extra sleeping possibility.
If our car is not here, you can use our parking,

We have built a very relaxing home where we consciously placed no TV. We collect paintings from all over the world - partially you can find them in our beloved apartment.
