The apartment in the Center of Vienna (10 minutes by streetcar to the Opera) is a rare find: with a view into a beautiful park, it combines classical "old-Viennese" traditions with contemporary comfort and style.
As you may see in the images, it is bright and spacious - and absolutely quiet (except birds and people in the park), as you will hear.
The rather minimalistic interior design combines contemporary design with some antique details and pieces - providing a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
It has a big balcony with flowers and plants, where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.
I work free-lance in the cultural sector, for film festivals, exhibitions for contemporary art etc. I'm traveling a lot - and I'm reading a lot, as you may guess looking at the photo of my "libray".
I'm open to any destination on the planet, have a particular affection for the Mediterranean and a strong interest for Latin America.
I'm rather flexible and non-simultaneous exchanges would be possible as well.
The apartment is situated in a typical, laid-back quarter in the Center of Vienna. It is near the historical center, the Karlsplatz, Opera and Stephansdom - and near to (in my opinion) the most lively and interesting part of Vienna, the Naschmarkt area with a colourful market, beautiful art nouveau-houses and trendy restaurants and bars.
