We bought this apartment for our children when they will be old enough. But now they are still in school so we can share it. We equipped it with exclusive furnitures, everything in best quality.
We ourselves love the sea - so we are looking for accommodation with direct view to the sea and beaches. We live in our house close to the apartment.

The tourism area is ideally located to the border of Italy and our city offers easy access to all the famous tourist attractions of Carinthia - in summer and winter - as well as to Italy (e.g Trieste, Venezia..etc.)
Airport Klagenfurt is only 30 km, Ljubljana 75 km.
Trainstation Villach makes it easy to come here.
