“We had absolutely no problems organizing an exchange with Karin and her daughters. We agreed on a new years exchange, because we wanted to see Graz at that time of year. It was really nice, the city itself is clean, just enough big and has good transport options. The public transfers are cheap and quick. As of the house. It was beautiful, very clean and tidy and also easy to use. We felt like we lived there after only three days. Graz itself is probably not a place to visit for a longer period of time, however if you decide to visit some other sights outside Graz it is worth it.”

“Karin, Christos and family used our Timaru home while on a long term visit to New Zealand. The presentation of our home after they left was immaculate. We stayed at ther home in Graz, Austria while on a tour of Europe. The home has been extensively modernized, well equipped, in a quiet location and handy to buses and Trams. They are a delightful family and have become good friends.”
Where is it?
Graz is a very beautiful city with a lot of culture, a beautiful opera house, theatres, cinemas, coffee shops and all kind of sport activities. In wintertime Austria is famous for his skiing areas. Near our house you can find all you need: a supermarket, a baker, nice restaurants, hairdresser etc. Only 10 minutes away there are sport fields. Our neighbours are very friendly.
