Notre maison

Our house is a large family home situated in the best suburb of melbourne. Boasting 5 bedrooms , 5 bathrooms , formal and informal internal and external living areas , large library , gym , large pool and tennis court . It is European in style yet also children friendly with billiard room , table tennis ,trampoline and bikes . We are within walking distance to the very best restaurants and shopping in melbourne and longer walking distance to the botanical gardens , the city , the mcg , tennis centre and galleries . We would consider a reciprocal arrangement with cars also . Beaches are from 20 minutes away

The beautiful Botanical Gardens are a 20 minute walk from our house . The Yarra trial which winds into the city is at the end of the street
Exercise/Sport
We have a gym with bench press, treadmill , bike and free weights . We also have a 12.5m pool , tennis court and bikes . The Yarra trail which goes to the city and onto docklands and the beaches begins at the end of our street

We are happy to discuss a car exchange . There are many day trips from our home: Famous wineries , The twelve apostles and Great Ocean Rd , The Dandenongs and Sherbrooke Forest, The Ballarat Goldfields & Sovereign Hill , The penguin parade at Phillip Island , the Mornington Peninsula and its beaches just to name some . We are happy to offer advice in this regard
