“We loved the private, rural feel of the place, yet on the doorstep of the interesting town of Murwillumbah, and close to Kingscliff. It is so relaxing to sit on the wide verandahs and watch the rowers and the lovely river. Sandra and Bill are kind and informative hosts. Cute calves and clever dog Lucky. We hope to be back.”

“Sandra and Bill made this home exchange a very pleasant experience. Before the swap they were always available to answer any questions and willing to be guided by us as this was their first one. It was lovely to meet them at Sydney airport to run through some extra details and pass over keys and car. Their car was at the Gold Coast airport for our arrival. A relation met us there and we followed her to the house so that she could introduce us to their lovely dog "Lucky" and generally show us around. Wow! what a beautiful setting with the river running past and plenty of water activity happening with it being Easter. Lovely sitting out on the porch in the evening watching the sunset. They kindly left out their tinny and paddle board for us to use but we didn't get around to it. We loved looking after the 11 chooks, 3 calves and Lucky and having an endless supply of fresh eggs. It wasn't an arduous task so we had plenty of time to explore the area. There is lots of interesting things you can do from Murwillumbah without having to travel long distances. They left our home as they found it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sandra and Bill to anyone who would like to visit their area and stay at their lovely property. Thank you Sandra and Bill for the wonderful experience. ”
