Our beautiful home was rebuilt in 2009 with contemporary, clean lines and state of the art appliances and modern decor. Bed 1 is a private, upstairs parent's retreat with king sized bed. It's extremely spacious and light filled during the day with large desk and sofa. The ensuite is also large with a sunken bath, separate double shower and WC. Downstairs, Bed 2 is a large room configured with a bunk bed and ample area to lounge around. Bed 3 features a king single bed. While the original Bed 4 has been turned in to a media / entertainment / library, the box window seat transforms in to an extremely comfortable king single bed, if required. There is a fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer and clothes line inside plus a second bathroom downstairs with shower, bath and WC. Randwick is ideally placed between Sydney's iconic beaches (Bondi, Bronte, Coogee, Clovelly) which are a short walk away in one direction or 15 minutes by bus or car in to the centre of the city, Opera House and Circular Quay. Just two blocks away is Centennial Park and Queens Park which are a hub for runners, families on picnics, bike riders and nature lovers exploring the bush tracks and feeding the ducks in the parks many glorious ponds. We have some of Sydney's most wonderful cafe/bistros at the end of our street (less than a minute's walk!) and other nice eateries very nearby as well. The Westfield mall is also a short walk away where you can go to the movies or indulge yourself in a spot of shopping. If you want to explore Sydney, this is the place to do it from! Grocery stores are also a walk away for those days when you just want to enjoy a relaxed night in.
