Detached Bungalow situated in an acre of garden. The location is Cooroibah a suburb of Noosa Shire

Our home is a very comfortable detached bungalow with large decks front and back. We love our privacy and enjoy it's situation with over an acre of land, heated swimming pool, tropical gardens and citrus fruit orchard. Our home has solar power, reverse cycle air-conditioning and electric blankets should you feel the winter chill morning and evening. The winter days are sunny and magnificent. Of course we have WiFi, 3 flatscreens, dishwasher, automatic washing machine,clothes dryer and a gas cooker. There is separate accommodation on the property occupied by a pleasant single male friend who we rarely see.
Lake Cooroibah is just a few minutes drive (or you can walk or bike ride if you are fit) We are happy to avail our Bikes or Ford Territory vehicle for a swap. There is an 8 min drive to the small Historic village of Tewantin where you will find Woolies supermarket, P Office, shops and eateries. The Noosa River winds through Tewantin and is the home of the Marina where the Noosa Ferry docks along with fishing charters and restaurant cruises. The Marina is a great place for alfresco lunch, evening meal or fish n chips on the Noosa River. Tewantin is also the launching point for the vehicular ferry to North Shore, Great Sandy National Park and Fraser Island
It is only 20 minute drive to the magnificent Noosa Heads with sun-drenched beaches and stunning national parks with panoramic views that draw visitors from world wide to an unforgettable holiday destination. The region is bordered by sea, river, rainforest, pristine lakes, national parks and World Heritage-listed wonders.
Glenise and her family have lived in the area for 25 years . John moved here to join family when his wife died 13 years ago. We have been married 7 years.
