Our beach style house with views over the Tasman Sea consists of 3 bedrooms,
one King with walk in wardrobe and on-suite and one Queen size with built ins
and one twin singles with built in robes. The bedrooms are downstairs and lead
into a courtyard wrap around garden with Webber Barbeque, table and chairs.
Through the rear door to a utility room, bathroom toilet and vanity unit.
Second floor leads to dining room and then fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
Both of these rooms overlook the Tasman Sea and a small office leads into the
lounge with large picture windows giving plenty of air and light to flow through
leading onto a deck with table and chairs and overhead sail for sun protection
and once again stunning Tasman views. There is a double internal garage we

have a Honda 4/4 that we can have insured if needed for your use.
We are a retired professional couple who love Australia and would like to get
back to U K for Christmas around 13th December 2014 to 18th January 2015.
Can be flexible on these dates if necessary.
