Notre maison

Our chic modern townhouse with high ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows located just 200 metres from Brisbane's cosmopolitan Oxford Street and one kilometer from Brisbane River.
Spread over three levels, our home has plenty of space for entertaining, but also provides many serene balcony and courtyard areas to escape in privacy. The top level is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area that opens through huge glass bi-fold doors to the tiled private deck. Polished timber floors and down-lights give the space a warm luxurious feel. The modern kitchen is sleek and stylish, with granite bench tops, loads of cupboard space, stainless steel oven, gas cook top and glass splash back that looks out to the city skyline. Designed with the Queensland climate in mind, our home opens up to make the most of breezes, but also features 97% UV block out shade screens and split-system air-conditioning units throughout the home so you'll enjoy a comfortable temperature year round. The second level includes three carpeted bedrooms all feature air-conditioning and built-in-robes; the master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. A second balcony and main bathroom complete this level. The lower level comprises a remote-controlled double lock up garage with lots of extra storage area, laundry, and private courtyard, which doubles as a clothes-drying area.
