Notre maison

Quiet flat in art deco building. Front door downstairs off quiet street, back door to secluded garden shared between the 6 flats in the block. Stays lovely and cool in the heat of the summer. Eat-in kitchen with gas oven and stone worktops. Two double bedrooms, both with small TV and DVD player. Wooden floorboards throughout.

Bondi Junction is the hub of Sydney's eastern suburbs. All the shops and eateries you could want are in Bondi Junction or suburbs around. You can have anything from cheap Asian takeaway to gourmet, any culture.

My place is less than a half hour walk to several amazing beaches, including Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte...or 10 minutes in the bus.

The train/bus station is about 10 minutes walk from my place. Very regular buses to everywhere, and trains to the city(15 minutes) and beyond - for example, the Blue Mountains are only two hours away. If you are a bush walker, the Royal National Park to the south and Kurangi to the north - are less than an hour away. Get on a bus or train in Bondi Junction, and you can get off at Circular Quay, and see Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House in a short time.

I have enjoyed over 30 fantastic swaps in the past, with only one negative experience - not all organised from this site, or in my current home.

I am looking for swaps anywhere in Australia in September/October this year. I have 2 months off, so can do long or short swaps. If COVID allows, New Zealand would be great too.

In 2021, l am planning to have up to 6 months off, so could do
a very long swap, or a few longish swaps or lots of short swaps Some of that time, l will want to be in Europe. Open to offers from anywhere, but l do prefer swaps that are easily accessible on public transport. I don't have dates locked in from work yet, but looking at starting from around June. Would consider short local swaps anytime too, all year round....and maybe a week somewhere around March 2021 too.

If you are interested in coming to my place on a points swap, its 100 points per night, but that is just for one double bedroom and sharing the rest of the house with me....unless l happen to be away, which l often am, and then you would have the whole place to yourselves.

Check out my airbnb profile for guest reviews to confirm location, cleanliness etc.
