Our comfortable 3 bedroomed house is in a quiet tree lined cul-de-sac in Bondi Junction. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the train and bus station providing access to the local beaches and city in under 10 minutes. A 5 minute walk will bring you to the Westfield and local shopping centre which offers a mix of high end retail, restaurants, cinema, grocery shopping as well as excellent coffee shops and weekly markets offering local produce and craft.
The beautiful Centennial Park is a 10 minute walk away and throughout December to March offers the Moonlight Cinema as well as many walks, café’s and special events.
The master bedroom on the top floor has a queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. We have two other bedrooms one with a double bed and the other two singles. There is a master bathroom on this floor.
The large kitchen / dining room opens onto a patio and garden with BBQ and ample seating.
The separate living room on the middle floor opens onto a large balcony overlooking the garden. There is a small study offering internet access.
If additional accommodation is required the playroom or attic can be converted to a bedroom very easily.
We are happy to offer the use of our 7 seater car, which has the added bonus of a much sought after beach pass providing free parking at Bondi and Bronte beaches.
We have surfboards, scooters and plenty of children’s toys and games if you are coming with children. We can put you in touch with our wonderful baby sitters if required. There are several excellent playgrounds within easy walking distance from the house.
