Notre maison

We live in a gated estate in the Bayside suburb of Ormiston. Ormiston is 27 kilometres from Brisbane central, on the Cleveland train line : the closest major centre (Cleveland) is 2 kilometres away. We are 500 metres from Moreton Bay and well placed to visit either the Gold or Sunshine Coasts (Noosa Heads).
The house is 14 years old, modern (with all the mod cons), with 3 bedrooms (2 queen size beds, study with single bed) and home office, 2 bathrooms (including a spa), plasma TV and home theatre, WiFi and is fully airconditioned to suit the Queensland climate. The home is on a single level and the estate has an onsite manager, manicured gardens and a swimming pool. Double car garage with 2 cars (one can be available for exchange). We are opposite Ormiston Station (to Brisbane) and close walking distance to shops, restaurants and bayside parks.
Our Sydney apartment is at Darling Point, in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. It is a large one bedroom apartment, in a security, absolute waterfront, block. which has its own large pool, jetty/dock and beach. There are harbour views from every room - you look up the harbour to Manly. It has been fully renovated, has a queen size bed, a rollaway bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room. It is 4 kilometres from the city centre in a beautiful old, leafy suburb. Public transport is meters away. The outlook is magnificent, with a constant parade of yachts, boats and cruise liners past the front lounge room. It is available for non simultaneous exchange. (No car exchange is available - but public transport is not a problem and shops are close by.)
